Lately........ eeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I dunno. I really hope we can get back to feeling confident w/ him. It's hard to blame him for the missed kick that ended the season this year - there was a huge gust, and you could really see it. But he has just been shaky overall.

I feel like he had a case of the yips last year later on and it never went away. Hearing that he is shanking everything over 50 yards doesn't really instill confidence in me that he will figure it out is the issue.

Say what you will about his views, he’s the best kicker in the league - especially when the game’s on the line. 1

bigduke6 Posted August 5 Posted August 5 proof that as long as you produce, are at the top of your game, the off field stuff doesnt matter. just win baby. 2 1
buffblue Posted August 5 Posted August 5 (edited) Now there's a kicker who is worth the money, regardless of the off the field social stuff. Dude is clutch as hell Edited August 5 by buffblue
eball Posted August 5 Posted August 5 (edited) A guy can be a great, clutch kicker who deserves to be paid, and also be a Neanderthal doosh. The two things aren’t mutually exclusive. Edit: but then again, perhaps the reason why he’s such a great clutch kicker is because his granite noggin isn’t even capable of comprehending the pressure 😂 Edited August 5 by eball 1 1 1 1 1
