Don’t forget that piece too. Relative to wages - all more expensive. One other rant on the supermarkets or Walmart or Target….. Do they even want you to buy anything? Depending on the deep blue ***t hole you live in - no plastic bags. You need your own bags. Because earth. Then, you have to do the labor of checking yourself out - they aren’t even employing anywhere near what they did 20 or even 5 years ago - and STILL the goods aren’t ANY LESS compared to wages. It’s all more expensive. You used to see people with full carts of stuff - now - nope. Either because it’s all too expensive or you just don’t feel like checking out the goods - you only buy absolute essentials. With some exceptions of course. It’s an absolute disgrace what’s happened.
