sherpa Posted October 5 Posted October 5 No rant whatsoever. Don't care enough about this to rant, and not my style. The job growth numbers, and a number of other metrics, have been distorted over the past two years by coming out of covid influences and strong government job acceleration. I have no concern regarding who claims the credit for it, because people who watch this stuff know it for what it is. Biden has done nothing to effect it, and his VP doesn't even understand it. Never has and never will. 2

OrangeBills Posted October 16 Posted October 16 Big articles in the WSJ today about the exploding cost of Healthcare Premiums, article says the average family is now up to $25,500 (believe my plan is $36,000 per year, split with the firm) Next article highlights how the crushing combination of higher Healthcare premiums, slower pay-gains and overall rise in cost of living is going to make family budgets even further stressed in 2025 The WSJ has been completely compromised (other than the Editorial board) but they can still demonstrate truth and they've adequately described how the Harris/Biden administration has really damaged the avg American family

Yes there's a big "white trash" problem. I lock my doors when I drive through Depew but I'm perfectly safe on the East side. What should we do about all of these dangerous white people (said nobody ever). My brother and his wife have post graduate degrees and make 6 figures and can't afford to move to a bigger house now that they have 2 kids. You seem to be out of touch with reality.

Reality: https://www.revolt.tv/article/are-black-people-the-majority-of-those-on-welfare The majority of recipients were white (43 percent), followed by Hispanic (26 percent), and Black (23 percent). These figures fall in line with population demographics and debunk the misconception that welfare programs are predominantly associated with the Black community. https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2023/07/19/what-the-data-says-about-food-stamps-in-the-u-s/ to be fair, safety net programs are vital, especially to avoid riots. and civil unrest. And there are certainly deserving/needy people in every racial group.. But when I hear complaints about the programs, it's often directed at non whites. Let's be fair in our assessment and assignment of blame. Edited October 16 by Joe Ferguson forever 1
Tommy Callahan Posted October 16 Posted October 16 Cutting rates the same time the new year reset and released stimy funds seems to be only benefiting the investor class. Million of people are in poverty in this economy the left champions. Btw. Your third demo is 13 % of the population. The first is close to 62%
