That came after exit polls showed him losing by as much as 30 points. Reports of Maduro's armed thugs closing down polling sites and stealing ballot boxes were prevalent throughout the process, all but confirming that the election was indeed stolen. What happens next is clear. Maduro will strengthen his grip on power instead of stepping down peacefully. As the saying goes, you can vote your way into socialism, but you have to shoot your way out. While this outcome was apparent to anyone with any common sense, Kamala Harris and Joe Biden had different ideas. I'm just analyzing a graph, not making a political statement. If there was proof then Biden wouldn't have been the president. Just very unlikely that a "bump" would happen like that.
