Two points- Russia will always try and sow dissent in the US, they did it in the 60s, 80s l, and today. They did it masterfully in 2016 because they know people like you will be fooled easily. Secondly as I have pointed out several times right now we have the IBA word, which is not real strong, and a non existent test to disprove it.
