Can she drive up black vote in MI, PA, WI? She’s going to need to, to offset the white working class vote Trump has coming back to him .. and I doubt Kamala Harris makes it any less likely that they do so. Trump is heavily favored in PA right now. Granted, over Biden. Does Kamala drive up the vote in Philly enough to offset the white working class vote in PA. Maybe..
