4merper4mer Posted August 28 Posted August 28 (edited) Scrolling the MLB standings, the most wins or losses any team non-White Sox has as of today is 84 losses by the Rockies and Marlins. Yanks, Phils, Dodgers top the win total at 78. A lot of teams are relatively close. The White Sox on the other hand have 101 losses. 17 more than the closest tram in either category. They are in 5th in their division, 35.5 games behind the 4th place Tigers. They have clinched last place in their division. Yikes. Edited August 28 by 4merper4mer Quote

Mike in Horseheads Posted August 31 Posted August 31 On Friday, Front Office Sports pointed out that SeatGeek, the league’s official ticket resale marketplace, had seats for Friday’s White Sox game for as little as $7. Yet that is not the worst of it. The popular ticket marketplace currently has several games in the final month of the season that are going for as low as $1. A disturbing price for an MLB and something you would expect from the local Single-A club. Poor @ExiledInIllinois 1 Quote

Mike in Horseheads Posted September 1 Posted September 1 O's win 6-1. Zach Efflin 5-0 with a 1.95 ERA since the trade. Takes some of the pain off the Rogers disaster of a trade. The win moves the O's to .5 gb of the best team in history. Quote
