Bills have converted an absurd 49.0% of 3rd downs since 2020

Since 2020 the Bills have ranked 19th, 1st, 6th, and 18th in 3rd down conversion rate allowed...in other words, far better than most people think.

Average ranking over 4 years would be 11th.

People who honestly think the Bills are awful on 3rd down simply don't watch much football around the NFL...there are far worse teams than us at allowing 3rd down conversions.

And the other 3 years McDermott has been here in 2017-2019 they were 11th, 9th and 9th, which would actually improve their average rating, so they have been above average with McD overall.

So if you thought they were going to be terrible, sorry to disappoint you...they aren't.

Can't get statmuse to show me defensive ones so I went to another site that only does year by year, so I can't get the aggregate total without having to add all the teams up and compare them which is honestly way too much work.

I never once implied the stats would be terrible......i asked a simple question and seeing as how i am much too lazy to look up stats, i rely on others to do the work for me, so thank you, sir.

By most every metric, Josh is underrated.   The only metric haters go by is the Jets opener last year.  Josh threw horrible interceptions.  The whole country watched.  The haters ignore all of the amazing throws, runs, statistics, jaw dropping plays Josh makes routinely, besides that one Jets game

Josh has the greatest playoff numbers in NFL history.

I think that this statistic more than most explains why the Bills are so fun to watch and that Josh Allen is an elite QB

On 3rd down, you never feel like the Bills can't convert.  Josh Allen ALWAYS gives them a chance

Not only he made the Bills O fun to watch, but with his arm strength, it was clear for day 1 that with JA as QB, 3rd & 12 or 3rd & 7 were now basically the same odds.

Josh doesn’t even have the best playoff numbers of active players.

that anonymous NFL executive must read TBD.

No worries just include rushing TD’s but not fumbles . Superman best QB ever has 9 fumbles to Pat’s 11. In 8 less games lmao. This is your GOAT

Way more fumble/game hombre. Wasn’t that your ratio above?

.500 in playoffs means he’s the greatest playoff QB alive lmao. Aikman is laughing somewhere rn.

Like John Elway said years ago the quarterback is paid to produce on third downs and score touchdowns in the redzone.

The guy in Buffalo checks both boxes.
