Good for those Republican senators attempting to get answers any way they can.  And how shameful of the Secret Service director to run away and hide from their questions.

Trump should terminate her/it/them during his inauguration speech. What a mess.

New details from high level source in secret service.

There was no drone surveillance in the security plan. Unforgivable.

There was no ladder brought to scene or used by shooter to gain roof access.

Many other new details in clip below.

Other details:

Shooters phone pinged at location on 7/7. Indicating advance planning.

Slope of roof did impede line of sight of snipers. Kill shot was insanely difficult. 9 inch window through tree from 400 yards.

Shooter never approached magnetometer with the range finder.

There's a working THEORY among investigators that shooter initially intended a mass casualty event focused on rally crowd. Once shooter recognized police were onto him he scaled roof to avoid police and Trump opportunity presented itself.

Bongino's sources early on reported the same.  The majority of agents on the 7/13 Trump detail were NOT Secret Service agents but inexperienced agents borrowed from other federal agencies.

Trump has to be BY FAR the most threatened USSS protectee.  Zero excuse for this.

"Cover up" - what a stupid take. We are not even one week away from the shooting and the general public already knows a whole lot about the circumstances of the shooting (ridiculous lack of coordination between Secret Service and the locals), about the shooter (no apparent connection to anyone else; fits the profile of a number of recent shooters), and we're going to hear testimony from the Secret Service director on Monday.

What's being "covered up?" Looks more like an open book to me, but some people will find something sinister in every screw up.

Amen. the MSNBC blue anon "It was a trump PR stunt" makes more sense.

Secret service officials (unelected bureaucrats) ending a phone call early with US Senators (elected representatives) after four questions.

Finding: That's full transparency. How dare you even mention a cover up!

Also, do a little research on the company that owns the building with the sloped roof. Makes you scratch your head a bit.
