Biden Presidency “is all an act.”

Why not? Why wouldn't he be? If Biden were to make him his Chief of Staff what in the constitution prohibits that?

You know there was a time when Presidents gladly took the counsel of their predecessors, particularly those of the same party.

That would be unconstitutional.

Biden has not done that so it’s an incredibly vapid question to raise.

I don’t believe taking counsel is frowned upon in any way. That’s not really the situation with the our current president though, is it? Excluding you, everyone and their brother is now declaring him incompetent to hold the job.

Where do you imagine the former president falls in the current hierarchy of decision makers?

Trumpies: Biden's mind is shot! He has no business being President for four more months, much less four more years.

[a year passes]

Dems: o.k., o.k., we give up. You're right. We're replacing Biden!

Trumpies: how dare you nominate a competent candidate! So unfair! Our entire campaign is based on Biden being a brain dead!!

That’s the kind of hard hitting commentary from reliable media that we’ve been missing the last four years. On July 11, the story is not the Democrats imploding. It’s Orange Man!!

Please cite me the part of the constitution that prohibits Obama advising the President, or even formally being made part of the President's administration.

The 22nd.

In your suggestion you are adding Obama in an election year knowing full well Biden is unable to perform the presidential duties. So you have voting for an administration and there is a reason you picked Obama for said administration. You are saying vote for Biden so that you can have Obama Policy. That’s the message and the intent of your suggestion.

I’m going to end up voting for a guy I hate to avoid voting for a guy who has declined to a point of being dangerous. Fun times.

 Then make a protest vote

Can he make Obama VP? Nothing says he can't run for that! Then he drops dead and we have Obama III.

I like it.

No he can't run for VP.  Thankfully.

The big story is for a long time Biden's mind and body have been compromised by an as of yet undisclosed condition. A lot of us here saw it and thought it was obvious and were scolded for making that conclusion. But the truth appears to be that people around him, people knowing him, people meeting with him, people with a lot to gain from his presidency, all hid and deflected any outside observations of his condition. And now that the cat's out of the bag so to speak, the torches and pitchforks are coming out like its all a big surprise to these phonies. They were good with knowing it as long as the public didn't know it. Now that their asses are potentially swinging in the breeze its an imperative to get somebody else in place to protect their personal interests. The country, they didn't care much about us before this happened either.

I am always amused when a Democrat calling for Biden to step down talks about the "terrific bench" that they have in the party to replace him.

Talk about delusional.

They can't go to Harris as she is viewed worse than the drooling vegetable. Newsome will probably try for it in 2028. But he has been so bad for CA that he would be a nightmare if he ran the country. They have nobody to go to, so they are stuck with Joey.

Not so much delusional as lying.  And what else can they say?
