frostbitmic Posted July 9 Posted July 9 How much will he pay the Bills to play there ? Minutes after signing a contact he'll suffer another leg/foot injury, maybe it'll fall off this time. Quote
FLFan Posted July 10 Posted July 10 “Landing” Michael Thomas? Thomas would need to accept league minimum and beg for a chance to play with the Bills at this point. Quote
BillsFanForever19 Posted July 10 Posted July 10 If his options league wide max out at no guarantees in both making the roster or financially - sure. Bring him in and have a look in the Offseason. But I have to imagine he'll be guaranteed more than that from someone. Quote
Kirby Jackson Posted July 10 Posted July 10 He’s been a name to keep an eye on. Thomas has lost a step and battled injuries. He’s not the player that he was. With that being said, he’s a target monster. The slant god could eat a bunch of targets and be a possession guy for the Bills. With all of the targets vacated the Bills could do worse than to buy a lottery ticket and hope that you can get 70 catches, 800 yards and 6 TDs. 1 Quote
4merper4mer Posted July 10 Posted July 10 Picking up Michael Thomas would instantly improve Chase Claypool’s status to “second most useless receiver picked up in 2024”. Silver linings. 1 Quote
QCity Posted July 10 Posted July 10 5 years ago he was the most dominant WR in football, but that ankle surgery seems to have aged him 10 years in that time. Quote

GunnerBill Posted July 10 Posted July 10 This potentially made sense to me if their draft pick was a vertical speedster. It makes less sense as a compliment to the room we have now. 2 1 Quote
Bill from NYC Posted July 10 Posted July 10 (edited) The caption says that he is telling the fans to "quite down." I really trust this page. Edited July 10 by Bill from NYC Quote
njbuff Posted July 10 Posted July 10 If the Bills ever decide they want Thomas....... they should have just kept Diggs and dealt with him. Quote
Doc Brown Posted July 10 Posted July 10 He was a shell of his former self last year in the ten games he did play last year. Injuries derailed his career. Hard pass. Quote
Buffalo_Stampede Posted July 10 Posted July 10 If the Bills sign a WR for anything other than practice squad between now and the regular season then we’re in a lot of trouble. Quote
Jimmy Harris 69 Posted July 10 Posted July 10 Unless the Bills were to suffer catastrophic injuries to Shakier and Samuel, signing Thomas would make no sense. Quote

Florida Bills Fanatic Posted July 10 Posted July 10 Not a "process" guy. Injuries, diminished skills, and attitude make this all nonsense for me. Quote
machine gun kelly Posted July 11 Posted July 11 It’s been said and I agree Thomas has never come back after several injuries. Quote
