McManus would at least be a lateral move. It’s the only move that makes sense. He’s at 79% the last 2 years kicking in FG friendly Denver and Florida.

I think tonight was finally the last straw. The guy never should have gotten another kick after the KC playoff loss. He got an entire offseason of underwhelming excuse filled performances and 5 ***** games. Gtfo here. I think tomorrow he’s either IR or cut

He removed it tonight?   He had wore the eye black under one eye as attribute to his grandmother.

Yes but $4.3M this year and $3M next year.  His current cap hit is $4.4M.  Technically a cut saves 100k this season.

They refused to have a legit kicking competition in camp and decided to lie to themselves and pretend everything was going to be fine. 

 

Them actually moving on from Bass then would make Beane look like he has egg on his face because of the early extension, so now we're in the situation we are in with a kicker you even need to worry about with XPs.

Bass can only make kicks under 40 yards 75%. 40+ is a 4th and go.
