Another Fan Posted July 3 Posted July 3 Some pretty good nostalgia in this game. Flutie's game the previous year (2001) against the Bills I still remember vividly but not much his comeback to Buffalo. Even if he was just filling in for Drew Brees. Very weird as well seeing Steve Christie with the Chargers. That and he connected on one of his signature very long field goals in this game. I enjoyed watching most of this one last night. 4 2 Quote

NoHuddleKelly12 Posted July 3 Posted July 3 Wasn’t even in my recollection that Christie wound up somewhere else after his successful career in Buffalo—something we all like to forget with some of our other greats as well, like Thurman/Bruce, etc. 1 2 Quote

rusty shackleford Posted July 3 Posted July 3 Slightly off topic but one of my best memories of being at a game from my season ticket days was Chargers at Bills in 2008 when balloons knocked out the power to the stadium. 4 Quote

MPL Posted July 3 Posted July 3 Really thought this was going to be another Sean McDermott = Marty Schottenheimer post. Quote

It was pretty funny watching the cashiers trying to do the mental math with no cash register to give the answer for change (cash still rules back then). 1 Quote

stuvian Posted July 4 Posted July 4 (edited) The fact that Marty Ball never coached the Bills is a tragedy Edited July 4 by stuvian Quote

BigDingus Posted July 4 Posted July 4 Bledsoe was 11 of 33 for 107 yards? Wtf... that must've been brutal to watch live. Quote
Giuseppe Tognarelli Posted July 4 Posted July 4 So, I'm pretty sure the gay on the far left at 4:11 is the owner of Wingnutz. Just now, Giuseppe Tognarelli said: So, I'm pretty sure the gay on the far left at 4:11 is the owner of Wingnutz. *GUY Quote
