Not only was he community noted but they missed his truly special math of saying it saved $600k. Most are into the drug scene or have mental illness and want to live outside of societal norms. These people don't want to be "housed." It's a lifestyle they have become accustomed to and they choose it. Will they take your $1000 a month? Gladly.
