JÂy RÛßeÒ Posted June 17, 2005 Posted June 17, 2005 EXACTLY - each site is different and they work well in partnership. Not all sites could have all things, so each has found its own areas of expertise. 361183 The same is holding true in business right now. The trend a few years ago was to expand and diversify, but what ended up happening was that companies ended up doing many things, but none of them very well. Lately the thing to do is focus on "core business" and partner with other business in complimentary areas.
BF in Indiana Posted June 18, 2005 Posted June 18, 2005 This site is missing a lot. They obviously missed my blog.
Dan Gross Posted June 18, 2005 Posted June 18, 2005 They obviously missed my blog. 361491 Yeah, there you go Scott. Link directly to the blogs from TBD.com. That will give you the kind of "editorial content" that is being sought, and it will zoom you straight to the top of the meaningless rankings.
Kultarr Posted June 19, 2005 Posted June 19, 2005 Yeah, whatever... Right. When we first cranked this thing, content was limited. Now all the teams have their own websites, the NFL has its own website, ESPN has a website, the Buffalo News has a website, etc., etc. It was a good run though. K
