I think they were forced into it. There are only a handful of teams we play in preseason. (CBJ/PIT/OTT/TOR) I don't think the Blue Jackets were willing to shift.

If that many. Not hard to figure out which game Buffalo sports fans will be watching. A regular season Bills game vs a preseason Sabres game. Add in the fact that Buffalo is known as a hard-core football market as well.

Do people even care about the Sabres during the regular season anymore? I think this has been far worse than the Bills drought. Maybe it’s because I’m a fair weather hockey fan, but I’ve found that team immensely unlikeable for years. It seems like that team couldn’t care less for the past decade.
