Supreme Court decisions.

The Libs that are pissed should not have weaponized the legal system to go after a President. This would not have come up if not for all of these frivolous indictments

Awesome. Biden should use this authority to send the army after his political enemies.

too bad, American democracy was pretty cool. A shame that we threw it away for Donald Trump.

Here's the problem Roundy--you and other people with extreme points of view already support that.  It's already happening.

Well, he certainly doesn't understand the ruling.

That much is clear.

The decision does feel an awful lot like what I thought it'd be, right now it's President has immunity for official duties but not for anything else and they're not defining what was or wasn't and sending it back, because they'll be damned if they'll actually clear things up themselves in this case.

As to the Vice President thing I would wonder if that would still apply when the conversation goes outside the scope of their official duties. It'd be rather ridiculous that you could tell someone to do anything illegal just by starting a conversation that way.

All Biden has to do is declare Trump a national security threat and have him taken out. Totally immune.

Why not? GOP made their bed, they can lie in it.

Indeed. Designating national security threats is an official duty. Let’s go Brandon, times a wasting!

All that would represent, Roundy, is the continued evolution of the process they are already running.

My Statement on the Supreme Court's Presidential Immunity Decision:

The Supreme Court of the United States followed 40-year-old precedent and correctly ruled the President of the United States—any President—is immune from criminal prosecution for his official—not personal—acts.

Federal judges and Members of Congress are immune from criminal prosecution for their official acts, and the Supreme Court today made clear that so is the President.

This is a crucial decision to protect the separation of powers, the presidency, and therefore, our country.

We would not be here today but for the fact that President Biden politicized and weaponized his Justice Department to destroy his political enemy.

The Supreme Court rebuked Biden’s republic-ending tactics.

No longer does President Obama have to fear imprisonment for his drone strike of two American citizens, nor does Biden for his illegal release of violent criminal migrants into America.

The Supreme Court is our line of defense against tyranny, including Biden’s unprecedented lawfare and election interference against Trump. The Supreme Court has delivered one of the most monumental decisions in its history.

The majority of the people are going to vote Democrat, the EC might still hand power over to the evil ones.

The leaders of the Democratic Party have a serious decision to make. I know what I would do

Solid ruling that just promotes a long-standing rule.

Without that every president in the last few decades would have criminal and civil cases.

But the Profiles that don't grasp this, are running with their Ideal case where "Biden orders trump to be killed"

The lack of self-awareness would be astounding, if it wasn't for the fact this is the normal behavior for them anymore.

Trump has had so much WINNING lately that something is going to happen. All of the power lies on the other side and they are not keen on giving it up. It's only a matter of time before things turn drastic. Nothing is off the table for these nut jobs. Covid #2, some fake Russia Russia Russia or porn stuff, or last act of desperation will be as 2 posters already suggested - they will send the military industrial complex after him

This would be a good thing!

Why wouldn’t you want the president to be beholden to the same laws as you or I?

Something was always coming anyway.

They aren't going to just roll over and let the people decide the election.

This was Google's answer last week, still is.

In United States law, government officials, including the Secretary of State, have a form of immunity known as absolute immunity. This immunity confers complete protection from criminal prosecution and lawsuits for damages, as long as officials are acting within the scope of their duties1. However, it’s important to note that this immunity does not extend to family members of diplomatic agents who are U.S. nationals
