It’s been a minute since we discussed how AJE was the best value at his position in his draft by a large margin and his 5 clutch sacks and counting this year only continues to prove it.
 

A very under appreciated very calculated Beane move. He was drafted after dudes like Yetur-Gross Matos and Darrell Taylor. 5th DE picked but easily having the second best career, maybe first most important considering Chase Young sort of shriveled up. Always been an AJE fan.

We were discussing his contract yesterday, what is his value will be at end of next year if he simply stays at this level. I am guessing someone pays him more than we are willing to pay him then.
