Fine, but how will this address poor housing, inadequate access to healthy food, complete asymmetry in the educational system, crumbling infrastructure, lack of medical care....

those new projects will definitely fix the issue with poor housing and crime.

Why is it that businesses don't invest in those neighborhoods?  Crime, losses and lack of profit?

Have you seen the school budget.  they give more to underperforming inner city schools. last I checked its almost 28K per student in Erie County.

And Cities have the medical care that the rural areas lack. kind of crossed up your talking points on that one.

Its Hockel and DEMS in Georgia/Cali building projects and little houses for the poor.  You know, like your cabin reference.

Businesses are lax to invest in poor areas, yes. At least, businesses that provide good jobs. Now you see why it’s a complicated issue!

You are leaving out the part with the constant robberies, theft and crime that drives losses and traffic.

Businesses go though great lengths to get cheap labor.  But are not setting up shop in low income areas where there is less wage pressure.  If talking basic business economics

And you (like usual) flew right past the point on Dems making more projects and hoovervilles.

The owners will make out fine

Looting and destroying businesses isn't good for business growth? What?

It’s almost like there’s a correlation to living in poverty and crime! Wow!

I agree with your second point, and will add that there are often extra expenses in opening in poor areas (insurance requirements are a big one). That’s why government grants and financing are important to help offset these costs. Five Points in Buffalo was a drug-filled hovel before investment, and now it’s a thriving neighborhood.

I ignored your “point” about the Democrat homes because it’s not remotely the same thing.

20 million in investments can have results.  like 15-dollar Avocado toast.

Socio economic divergence is probably one of the largest indicators of violence/crime.  Its also a choice for most.  IE, bad results for bad actions.  Good results for good actions.

Do you support Hockel building the new (old) projects?

They ain't black if they vote for anyone other than a democrat. Isn't it nice that white liberals are letting black folks know if they are really black or just a fake black? Thank GOD for these white male liberals who sacrifice their time and energy on stupid minorities who can't think for themselves?
