And once you delete a text on a phone it gets deleted from icloud with next phone update. also, if the kid has the phone, that text pops up, he's looking at that picture. They get so much for breaking a contract, no wonder so many men are wary to have kids, marry, etc. I could see it depending on what the custody agreement is, but if she's the primary guardian and he's not really or barely involved I don't see an issue with him providing his half of support and it being based on his income, I mean how else are you supposed to asses the amount of support someone would provide a kid on a case by case basis.
