As a former litigator and corporate attorney, Florio has done a great job explaining every step of the case. Before the verdict came out, he mentioned that the judge has been very skeptical of much of the case, and most notably the plaintifffs atorneys conduct. He said don't be surprised if the jury returns a guilty verdict with a large award and then the judge reverses it (or lessens the award). I think its more about the game being priced out of range for to many longtime fans. But everyone saw this coming. The reality is these Billionaires have to see declining value otherwise the game will become out of reach for many of us. Whether or not this was a good ruling is debateable. All I can say is I have not renewed Sunday ticket for the 1st time in 25 years... Too much to pay to watch 10 games IMO while you also have to pay for 3 to 4 other streaming services to watch and entire season.
