BisonMan Posted June 22 Share Posted June 22 I lived on Jones Road about 5 minutes from there. We bought a 5 acre farm and lived there for over 10 years. The farms all sold out and mansions moved it. Chipper Jones lived 2 doors down from me. The house next to our property was 20K sqft! Paul Newman and Joan Woodward lived off Stroup near Tyrod’s house. I’m not surprised by that price. Those were $2-3M when I moved away 20 years ago. The Atlanta metro area population has grown by 50% since then. Roswell was a great place to live.
