I don't think that fans assuming that celebrities, especially professional athletes, to be "exemplary" outside of their professions/careers is particularly limited to the present day. Just the fact that he received treatment in OTA's when his defense isn't hitting him could be a concern. I doubt he plays at all in the preseason. If he does it will be in very limited action. The real test is week 1 vs SF. 40 going on 41 coming off an Achillies injury. It will be tough for him to play 17 games. Let's also remember his last year in GB wasn't all that great.
