I would add sardines in olive oil out of a can too if we're heading into to the survival food zone.

What happened to the franco american spaghetti- the strings instead of the O's?  I'm partial to the spaghetti like stuff.  Call me a traditionalist.  Always with a piece of bread, butter and peanut butter.  Still have it at home for a comfort food binge.  But sadly they're the O's...No meatballs

YES! Sardines with a nice bread or even mixed into pasta. (Pasta con le Sarde) One extra step makes it a dish.
