She's inside a California State prison outside Sacramento doing a documentary about life inside maximum security. The guards are showing her the hundreds of weapons that have been confiscated. That leads to talk about gang violence, and hit lists. She is given a hit list that was found on an inmate. As she's reading it they point out that the list is segmented by prison. Get these guys in Sac., these in Madera, these in Chico.

She's holding the list when she asks, "How do these get in here?" "Well, kiestering is the most common way that inmates get them into the prison." As the guard is talking he is also making hand jestures to indicate what he means. She looks at him, then the list in her hands and the look on her face was priceless! :P The guards cracked up, and one assured her that the list she had been holding hadn't been kiestered. Too funny.
