So what will be the ground rules for the September debate? I say the mics stay on, they hop Biden up strong and try to goad Trump into going off the rails. As far as a second debate, as long as President Biden doesn't throw up on his shoes, it will be considered to be a victory by his faithful and this debate will be forgotten by the election if not sooner.
