Bills won't be playing KC in week 1 or 2

BLT @ KC week 1

CIN @ KC week 2

KC getting two home games to start in a season where they have 9 road games.

Baltimore is going to beat KC in their home opener "SB Championship banner raising" game.

And then KC will work their way right to another Super Bowl lol

That's definitely their claim to fame.  Sure they lose some regular season games to the good teams, but they find a way to pretty much win every close playoff game.

@ San Francisco on MNF is probably the worst-case opener for the Jets.  Holy smokes.  Tough defense, top-2 team in the league, West Coast, then will likely have a short week coming back East for the 2nd game.  That's a team with its media and fan base who can't endure a bad start.

I have seen some smoke around the internet that the Bills will be hosting a Christmas game.

Baltimore lost a ton of talent. Nobody is really talking about that.

That means a higher probability of opening the season at home.

True but 2019 saw the Bills on the road in New Jersey for the first two weeks so anything is possible.

But I think you are right.  Opening at home.  Patriots?

Well the Good news is we should have an easy home opener to start.  The away team on the 2nd Thursday game has had a home opener the week before for the last 5 years.  Since we play Miami doubt we'll play back to back week,. With the rest of the opponents schedule to come here already scheduled that leaves just Jacksonville, Tennessee, Arizona,  and New England.

I'm betting New England - perfect debut for Maye who they want to compare with Josh.

I just hope it's not one of those weeks where they have those stupid simulcast games where 2 are going on at the same time

Why, you can choose to watch one, the other or jump back and forth?  Dont like it just watch the regular broadcast?

Keeping the tradition of bad Thursday night games where one team blows out the other :)

You apparently still have the first few years of Thursday Night Football in your mind. It's been much better and more competitive in recent seasons

It's just stupid. I feel it's completely unnecessary and basically takes away the importance of the headlining game
