And why does Harty's punt return serve as a negative? I understand that . When I say short week, I wasn't talking exclusively about the bills. A short week on the road is also more of a challenging dynamic. Home teams were 11-4 at home on TNF last year It's not a negative. Just can't really rely on special teams TDs as it's a bit of an anomaly to get them . Edited May 16 by BillsFan130 Quote
Royale with Cheese Posted May 16 Posted May 16 2 hours ago, BillsFan130 said: Still. Division opponents on the road are not easy... lol. Especially on a short week. 2022 at Miami- loss 2022 at jets with Zach Wilson- loss 2022 at pats- comfortable win 2023 at jets with Zach Wilson- loss 2023 at pats- loss🤢 2023 at a very banged up Miami team- very close 21-14 with the help of a punt return TD I just don't understand how anyone could think at Miami on a short week is an easy game. Probably because the Bills are 11-1 in the last 12 against the Dolphins. Quote
BuffaloBillies Posted May 16 Posted May 16 No fear. Other teams don't want to play us. KC and SF at home is huge. Quote

papazoid Posted May 16 Posted May 16 this is josh's year....now, the undisputed leader of the team. will prove he is the league mvp, mop and best individual player in spite of not being on the best team or best coaching staff. even in the midst of transition to a younger roster, bills win division and go 11-6 Quote
GunnerBill Posted May 16 Posted May 16 I actually think for a tricky slate on paper that sets up quite well for us. Weeks 2, 3 and 4 in prime time is a pain for my annual leave calendar. But really glad no Christmas game. Quote
WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted May 16 Posted May 16 I actually can't complain too much. I'm not a huge fan of Monday night games but: Away Miami is at night. Heat will be a factor but likely less than previous years. Bye week before the Niners Toughest turnaround on a short week is Jags to Baltimore I'm actually kind of glad that the schedule is so hard right at the start. Away Dolphins, Jags, at Baltimore, at Houston, at Jets is a pretty brutal five game stretch but I will not panic if they are 3-3 Quote
Danger Mouse Posted May 16 Posted May 16 Miami at night is huge. I was expecting much worse TBH Quote
BananaB Posted May 16 Posted May 16 Taylor Swift in Toronto on Nov. 14th to 16th and Chiefs play Buffalo on the 17th. That is not a ***** coincidence. The NFL is totally ***** Quote

Sweats Posted May 16 Posted May 16 Did i see that right on the schedule?!?...........the last 3 games are NE, Jets and NE? Like, wtf kind of scheduling is that? You would think they would spread the conference games out a little bit. I like when we play divisional opponents for the opener and the finale, especially when the division title could be on the line. 1 Quote
