WTF are you talking about?  Kansas City traded picks 32, 95, and 221.  Buffalo traded picks 28, 133, and 248.  Do you think the Bills drafted some superstars with the 3rd and 7th round picks they got from Kansas City while the Chiefs just wiped their ass with the 4th and 7th round picks they got in return from Buffalo?  LOFL

Have you ever not been hostile in a post before on here?  Your objective in every post with everyone is to be as hostile as possible.  And you misread things a lot because of it.

I explained what I meant, but you do you boo 😘

Probably nothing… then again.

Hopefully Andy Reid didn't sit on him and fall asleep like Christopher did.

Not always the case given that he's gonna have to pay the property tax, home owners insurance, commission, and two sets of closing costs in just 2 or 3 years. Also there's no guarantee a house will appreciate in value although that's a strong possibility dips in the market happen.

Then rent it out till the market improves.

On one hand it's silly to even compare the two at this point. It can take years to determine whether a draft pick has worked out. Even then, if you'd asked in 2017 who the best WR taken in 2014 was, OBJ would have been the answer and now he's taking one year contracts while Mike Evans keeps going

On the other, we aren't the ones who felt the need to constantly brag to Chiefs fans who we took so it is delicious to see the durability concerns raring already

Gonna have to deal with renters and not everyone is a good tenant. And if someone’s renting according to stats the maintenance goes up. It’s a big hassle to deal with all that stuff. And if you farm that out to a management company that’s gonna take a huge percentage out from your return

That’s why you hire a company to do it for you. You don’t have to do anything but collect your money.

Once again the company will pass any of the bad renting costs (bad tenants and repairs) onto you and they will take a 12-15% cut off your revenue along with all sorts of fees. Tack that on top of property tax, repair costs, and Misc costs and vacant months between tenants the return is vastly lower than many think. To the point where your return would have been far greater and less stressful if you just invested into an index fund.

Dude, I own rental property, it’s not a big deal and having a management company takes almost all of the risk away. And they have to deal with the issues. You just have to live with giving up 10%.

I think he’s durable enough not to miss the season due to a case of strep throat in July.

Whoever tweeted that spelled “Keon Coleman” wrong. From yesterday via The Athletic:

Quote

Stock down

WR Xavier Legette

Legette was his own toughest critic after the first camp practice, when he chastised himself for not paying closer attention to the details and for failing to “leave everything out there on the field.” It hasn’t been all bad for the first-round pick from South Carolina. He just hasn’t yet made the type of splash plays that characterized his final college season and that prompted the Panthers to trade up to draft him with the 32nd pick. The knock on Legette leaving South Carolina was his route running, so that might be part of his game that takes time to develop. But with good size and straight-ahead speed, Legette should still find ways to impact the offense as a rookie.

You'd have to feel a little concerned about this, right?

Chiefs will come up with ways to get him in motion so he doesn't get jammed at the line. Kind of like Hill in Miami.

Still though...a high pick if he just ends up being a burner and not a well rounded WR. He seems like he has a high chance of becoming another Andy Isabella.

Yeah- Reid will likely get the most out of him.  He’ll be a player as long as he stays healthy imo

While I agree with you, Hill is a little tank. He's built a lot differently than Worthy
