where he sits on the depth charts sure... but you don't know that... the dude could come out and just ball, amaze and shock everyone. Do i think he will? No.. but I will still but a 10-20% chance on it that he could.

Ok. Well, I don't expect him to supplant Cook, so that's why he was lower on my list. But we're all just guessing anyway.

Yeah, I just had him lower because he is the backup to Cook and I am not sure if he will ever supplant him while Cook is here. But I think he'll still have an impact.

If Cook plays like he did last season or gets better, we probably have just this year and next year left with him. Davis we have for the next four.

So if he shows some promise and development by the end of next year, he could be our Starter in Year 3 & 4.

If Beane's smart, he won't pay big money to a RB and will continue to Draft them in the mid to late Rounds, use them in their prime and then replace them. Then compliment them with cheaper, older RB's that still have some kick in them (like Gore and Murray) and cheaper, under the radar Backs with upside (like Ty).

I think Coleman ends up being everything Gabe wasn't. I think he'll be much better than people thought he'd be. I absolutely loved him at the combine, and I honestly don't care where he was drafted or how fast he is or isn't. If we've learned anything over the years, some of the best wr's are late round picks. I don't know if he'll end up being a true number 1 receiver, but I bet over time, he becomes invaluable to the bills offense

I disagree if Cook put up over 1000 yards rushing and 500 -700 yards as a receiver you don’t just replace those kind of numbers with a late round pick or undrafted free agent ,

The more learn about these players the more I like this draft. Coleman is still only 20 and was a part time player until what 2 years ago? A lot of people are screaming because his slow 40...Dude still returned punts!!! Still a lot of time to refine those skills...Bishop...May not internally start due to how complex the D is  but would love to see him go against the conventional thought and see him develop into a stalwart FS ...Carter, at first I admit
I wanted Franklin around here, but after learning more about this guy. I really like his potential, I think he's going to really be a player...Davis will play and often as a rb2...VPG I see a starting center and hopefully THIS year...Solomon an under sized pass rush specialist w/ bend and speed NCAA sack leader, Nice...Hardy...Punt returner /back up slot...The rest will fight for depth spots and the P/S...Clayton is a free extra roster spot

If he put up those kind of numbers, he would need to be paid and paid very well given his age and wear and tear (so long as he stays relatively healthy).

You shouldn't delegate a large number of the Cap to a Running Back on a second contract. Keep that position young and inexpensive. It's modern roster building 101.

1. Bishop - potential long term starter at safety

2. Van Pran Granger - potential long term starter at C

3. Hardy - many say he's the best slot corner in the draft. Could take over Johnson's role and be here long term.

4. Ulofoshio - Given McD's love affair with ST guys, I think he could stick around to a second deal and be the next Matakevich

5. Coleman - Given the current WR market, I don't see him lasting to a second contract here unless he's a mild disappointment

6. Davis - given his age and position, unlikely he plays a second contract here

7. Carter - will be part of the rotation for his rookie deal. Perhaps he sees a second contract as a rotational guy.

8. Solomon - last year he may have had an uphill climb to make the team, but given how thin we are there he'll get a real shot

9. Grable - PS

10. Clayton - PS

You’ve listed Hardy twice, with very different assessments.

Yeah I have no idea.

These drafts always seem to have me hyped up on some of the late round guys.

I really like Solomon, so I'm pulling for him.

I feel like our class is going to be a special one. 100% the opposite of 2005/2015/2016 drafts.
