Honest question? Do people really think this matters? Josh tossing the ball around a HS field for a couple hours one weekend this summer. I mean it can't hurt but seriously how much can it possibly matter.

You think in the KC game they said on the sideline remember that out pattern you threw me on the Lockport Lions field in June? Let's do that again!

It absolutely matters, especially with new players. Builds chemistry, trust, confidence. The Buffalo Bills are close knit. Like family, and players like Keon Coleman will put a smile back on Josh Allens face. A fresh start.

If by "work together" it means play golf and smash wings then I buy it. That's all QB1 does all off season.

I bet he plays Madden as well

This is especially important this off-season because of the transition. Get Kincaid, Shakir, Coleman, and Samuel all on the same page with Josh and the new scheme. That is our passing game and it's maybe the most critical component towards determining this season's success.

No TEs or RBs? Dude better stop playing favorites before he loses the locker room... I'm curious if he only invited the WR half of Curtis Samuel. 🤔

Well, let’s see.

1.  This is how we want out patterns run.
2.  Let’s go over options when we run this particular set.

3.  Let’s talk about how we’re going to react when situation X, Y, or Z comes up.

And so on.

And so on.

And so on.

No, these professional athletes get together just to waste their time and build up a sweat. They have nothing better to do with themselves in the off-season. Such boring lives they all live. Maybe they should find a hobby?

What's wrong with a hobby? Mine is woodworking!

Josh must be working with his receivers because Ms Steinfeld was sitting at the table right next to us at breakfast this morning and Josh wasn’t with her. (She appeared to be with her Dad.)

If Josh steps into his leadership role, we may see addition by subtraction this year.  If the locker room was off, this is the reset.  If Josh leads, we will achieve what no one is expecting us to.

It’s about building a rapport and and working on timing.

I know. And as I said, it can't hurt. I agree even if it is more social rapport and team building as opposed to actual pass and catch it can be a positive.

I just wonder at this level does it really make a difference.
