Samuel looked return to form Shakir trending up, clearly Beane believes in him more than a lot of the fans around here. Mack Hollins is a fine #4 Shorter is an unknown at this point, hopefully can crack the roster and make an impact. They likely add another Mack Hollins type to fill out the roster. This with Kincaid, Knox, and a strong running game, is more than enough when you look at what Mahomes just won the whole thing with. Great post. It's great to have an elite WR corps. But the most successful team of the past 2+ decades NEVER did - with the exception of 1 year where they didn't win it all. Allen doesn't necessarily need stars. He makes stars. 1 Quote
JDubya76 Posted April 27 Posted April 27 I liked Ainias Smith, he’s a multitool, former running back 2 Quote
KentuckyBillsFan Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Shakir is going to be that guy who is a solid, high floor flex starter in 12 team fantasy leagues Quote

This team is going to be Sean McDermott's wet dream: run first, blocking WR, tight ends, ball control. Quote

We are absolutely competing for the Division and a Championship. Yeah Beane is just doing what he always does, everything he can that makes sense to put the team in a position to succeed without ransoming the future, he just happens to have positioned the future in a really good position again next year. 3 2 Quote

ROCBillsBeliever Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Yeah, Philly's draft looks REALLY strong! I did like Smith; not a need for us, but he's going to break some plays. Quote

This with Kincaid, Knox, and a strong running game, is more than enough when you look at what Mahomes just won the whole thing with. Samuel is a middling kind of Slot guy. Seems like they are going to let Shakir get more run on the outside. Hollins is a slight step up from Sherfield. We are all hoping that Coleman can just equal Gabe's production. Shorter is an unknown, and has done nothing. The rest of the guys are nobody's. Mahomes has Kelce, Andy Reid, Steve Spagnuolo, and that defense. We do not. 1 Quote
billsfan89 Posted April 27 Posted April 27 3 minutes ago, SCBills said: What a weird draft. Not bad.. just weird. Everything we’re doing makes complete sense. We’ve added 3 potential starters at WR, S and C, along with a rotational DT and RB. Just very business like. Nothing aggressive. No real gambles. Not much boom or bust.. just good players at positions of need, yet nothing that really moves the needle when it comes to Josh trying to slay Mahomes, while fighting off other teams like HOU, NYJ and BAL. It’s a great draft just good solid business. They got a WR with their first pick after two prudent trade downs then addressed two big defensive needs at S/DT. Then addressed two offensive non-WR needs in RB/C possibly adding a starting center all while adding a 4th round pick in 2025. The team still has 3 selections remaining and can get Edge and CB depth along with another WR or another lesser urgent need. Beane has had a great draft filling out the roster well while also adding a future me pick. 2 1 1 Quote

gonzo1105 Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Who's taking the CFL guy? He met with damn near 15 teams including the Bills. I like some WR's here, I like some of the Tight End's still available. A couple of DB's make sense for the Bills if they decide to pick. Quote
