GunnerBill Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Okay time for a board update: 1. DJ James, CB, Auburn 2. TJ Tampa, CB, Iowa State 3. Jaden Hicks, S, Washington State 4. Jeremiah Trotter, LB, Clemson 5. Christian Mahogany, IOL, Boston College 6. Jalen Wright, RB, Tennessee 7. Mason McCormick, IOL, South Dakota State 8. Kris Abrams-Draine, CB, Missouri 9. Austin Booker, EDGE, Kansas 10. Sedrick Van Pran, IOL, Georgia IOL and Corner are the depth now. But Austin Booker is intriguing for the Bills. I fear they have missed the receiver stack for now. Cowing, Rice and Washington are my next 3 at that spot. They are my 12th, 14th and 19th best remaining. 5 Quote
BillsFooteball Posted April 27 Posted April 27 No idea why hoarding all those 5th round picks. Will hope and trust they find some gems. I feel like todays league it’s about speed and they bills just aren’t buying into it. Just look at what other AFC threats are doing in relation to speed. The chiefs on AND off the field 1 Quote
H2o Posted April 27 Posted April 27 It's on now, especially if Rice is off the board when we pick. 5 defensive players and 2 bottom feeder OL'men. Quote

Logic Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Franklin, Baker, Walker all would've been guys I liked. At this point, I've resigned myself to the idea of Beane taking a defensive end, linebacker, or corner I've never heard of with the next pick. Really my only ask for this day of the draft is one more decent receiver prospect. Is that so crazy? 2 1 Quote

UKBillFan Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Just wait until we get to 128 and hear that the Bills have traded back. 1 3 Quote

biggerdaddynj Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Would like to see a trade of two fifths to get another 4th and grab Tez and Booker (young DE depth—unlike our old 1Tech DTs—Oliver thrived with a true DT 1 Tech wish they’d given him a young 1 Tech to take over for Jones and the one year contract players). 5th grab a strong RB to augment Cook’s skillset. I certainly think they are restocking with cheaper depth players and at this time of the draft they do have to consider BPA while also considering where players can make the team. Quote
nedboy7 Posted April 27 Posted April 27 (edited) Not sure why people assume these teams would give up a 4th for a couple 5th? I am as well disappointed in not drafting a second WR. Edited April 27 by nedboy7 Quote

Because we have two slot guys and a guy who is outside but excels as a big slot.. plus two good Tight Ends. What are we doing with a tiny slot receiver? Quote

That according to Anthony the film dude at Cover 1 It's crazy that with all the talk of a potential move for him that he was never brought up as a baseline comparison to Coleman. I think it's a very good one too. I'm even more excited about the pick now Quote
Ethan in Cleveland Posted April 27 Posted April 27 2 minutes ago, SoonerBillsFan said: Beane is being weird this year. Very blah and not aggressive helping the offense this draft It has felt off with him all offseason. You know he is not in charge correct? This is all McD again. McD and/or Allen didn't want Diggs on the team and he has to look like the fool that traded him. 3 1 Quote

Mikie2times Posted April 27 Posted April 27 Braelon Allen might be around in the 5th with the way this is going 1 Quote

His mental makeup profiles as the type of prospect that surprisingly gets cut by the team that drafted him in his 2nd offseason. Real talent but a lot of problems upstairs. At this point I would be happy with Brendan Rice. True outside WR that does well when his QB goes off script. may as well take a flier on Jerry’s son 1 Quote
