You could be right. This guy goes up and gets the ball even with a CB hanging all over him. That's an underrated quality.

Specifically in the playoffs. I'm so sick of watching physical CBs bully our outside WRs in the playoffs. Coleman IS the bully. That's the skill set I wanted.

He can do everything - except get open.
He is Gabe Davis with better hands and worse speed.  Hopefully, he can really learn to run routes to get open.

The big concern I have is the league is going speed, speed, speed and Bills grabbed basically a 3rd TE.  He is a very dominant blocker, though!

So……

The expectation and direct comparisons shouldn't be based on  emotion and attachment to your personal attachment to a player you wanted.

I'm not trying to be sarcastic. This is my sentiment to all the detractors and downers.

I personally wanted AD but I'm not devaluing the pick because of the name.

There are plenty of traits to justify the selection.

we are doomed all due to .2 tenths of a second in a 40 yard dash 😁 so Billsy

The 40 yard dash is something some guys work really hard specifically training for now too so it’s not like all that speed always translates to the nfl

The more this board hates it, the more i think they made a great pick.

haha you might be onto something… a lot of people hated the Terrel Bernard pick… hell, and the Allen pick for that matter

Looking at his highlights, I'm reminded of DeAndre Hopkins. Same speed, same physicality, same great hands, circus catches.

Prolly could’ve picked him at the tail end of Rd2 if they liked him that much.  He’s about a couple cheeseburgers shy of running slower than Spencer Brown

With that being said, he could be a good red zone option

There are reports that the patriots tried to trade into the back end of the first round to get him. So I doubt they could’ve gotten him at the back end of round two.

See if you find any redheads in the past

9 of 10 alternate universes involve you being an ingredient in all seven courses and Manny Machado kicking your ashes around the infield night after night.  Stick with this universe.

How can 95% success rate be red??? Hell how can 77% be but then 73% be yellow?

difficulty of getting a positive play out of said route when targeted, probably.

Clear New England wanted him.

We definitely were targeting Coleman knew we could take him in trade down.

Oh gosh! New England wanted him?  *****! We dodged a bullet. They are amazing scouting WR talent. Thank God we got him. 🤔

I get the jokes, but ... what the hell would be wrong with finding a new young Kelvin Benjamin with the 33rd overall pick?

He was pretty damn good until he ate himself out of the league.

You really can't expect more than that at 33.

He was good for 1 yr. Played only 4 full seasons with a career catch rate of 51%.
