This is correct: under the theory espoused by Trump’s team, Harris can declare that there was fraud and refuse to certify.

Of course, that’s an extremely stupid interpretation of the law and an utterly ridiculous idea when given even a second’s thought.

She definitely would have if it wasn't the worst loss in 40 years, absolutely destroyed. That would be like the Bills beating the Colts 50-3 on Sunday and then the Colts protesting a bad call from the refs.

Not even close. She should do it. Who cares what the count is? Republicans stole a lot of votes. You think that many people support trump? He will prove again he is the worse president of all time.

She absolutely wouldn’t because it’s not a real thing. It’s made up and has no basis in law or history.

Durn shame that 46 signed into law the Electoral Count Reform Act which defines his VP's duties when certifying the election merely "ministerial" in nature.

And you were SOOOOO close to foiling that wascally Nazi.  Would've gotten away with it too if it weren't for those durn Congress Critters.

Man you are clever, ”durn”. Are those the skills that lead you to trump?

For anyone wondering, none of our EI staff in any state has been released.

The @gop worked closely with the the NRCC all cycle to build our historic Election Integrity program and we’re still working with them to make sure @realDonaldTrump has a majority to work with in the House.

Our teams are still on the ground in CA, AZ and OH working with campaigns and state parties to see these races through until end.

WE’RE STILL WATCHING

Honestly it's possible. Two very good friends (one of whom I consider to be "ultra" liberal) told me last night that they voted but left the first column for president blank.

Said they hated Trump but couldn't vote for Harris in good conscience.

Miniscule sample, but I'd be willing to bet that scenario is playing out across the country in non-trivial numbers.

Lots of fraud to uncover. No way the majority of America sports trump.

You got proof? Show me the evidence.

Why? You still haven’t come up with the evidence from 2020.

That will come soon enough, 4th&wrong.

What is the problem in Arizona, Nevada and California?

Count your ballots.  This is absurd.

It’s Friday and these states still have no clue about major races.

Sounds like Rosen will beat Brown, and its only a matter of time.

CA is going to potentially decide the House and Lake is a long shot, but not out of it depending on how the remaining ballots drop.

What's insane are these house seats that are still showing upwards of 30% of the ballots needing to be counted.  Some in Cali being over 50%.

It's embarrassing.

Amen.  Even crazier when you see that many of them still have up words of 30% or tally still.
