BillsFanNC Posted November 5, 2024 Author Posted November 5, 2024 I'd love for the King, Finding etc. to explain why crap like this is in any way, shape or form acceptable on election day or how it helps bolster confidence in elections? wnyguy Posted November 5, 2024 Posted November 5, 2024 Aaah, they can just scan them in later, you know, when they see how many votes they need. 1

Expand Today there were a lot of issues with the machines in Orchard Park as well. I'm not trying to add to any conspiracy theories, but it was notable that a lot of the scans weren't initially going through. I usually vote pretty early when it's not too crowded, although today it was crowded. So perhaps it was just the normal amount of scanning machines rejecting due to erroneous marks and the sample size was bigger today. The poll workers did however give new ballots to those having issues, so there didn't seem to be anything untoward.
ChiGoose Posted November 5, 2024 Posted November 5, 2024 Just voted. Might do it a couple more times today just for fun

As we all know, it's impossible to verify someone's identity without a photo id. That's why you need a photo id to use an ATM, file your taxes, log in to your email, unlock your phone, etc... It always takes me a little bit to log into this forum since I need to scan my photo id to verify that it is actually me logging into the account.
