‘A Disturbing Corollary’: Biden’s Title IX Rewrite Takes Aim At Parents Too

In the days since President Joe Biden’s administration published sweeping revisions to Title IX rules, much of the focus has been on how the updates are likely to impact female athletes — but that’s far from the only concern.

 

Critics quickly pointed out that those updates, which the Biden administration said were supposed to provide more protections for LGBTQ students, could be used to protect trans-identifying males competing on women’s sports teams. But according to attorney Candice Jackson, who served as Acting Assistant Secretary in the Department of Education during the Trump administration, the rule changes could lead to further complications once applied in conjunction with policies that are already in place — specifically with regard to schools being “mandatory reporters” of suspected abuse.

 

“A disturbing corollary of Biden’s Title IX Rule: w/policies reflecting the Ed Dept’s position that refusing to treat someone ‘consistent w/gender identity’ damages mental health, schools will now HAVE TO consider reporting ‘non-affirming’ parents to Child Protective Services,” she said in a post to X.

Women's Sports Wins Huge Victory As Biden's Title IX Changes Go Down in Flames

Back in April, Joe Biden, following in Barack Obama's footsteps, unilaterally changed Title IX, which protects women and girls from discrimination in education, by reinterpreting the law to treat “gender identity” the same as biological sex. This move allowed biological males to play women's sports and gave them access to scholarships intended for women, as well as women's locker rooms, private spaces, and single-sex housing. A federal judge in Texas, who called Biden's effort an "unlawful action," just shut that move down. Title IX pertains exclusively to biological sex, with no references to “gender identity,” “gender expression,” or any other weird concept radical left-wing gender ideology

Federal Court Halts Biden Administration's Operation of Title IX Rule

 

 

President Joe Biden's rewrite of Title IX arrived in April, replacing "sex" with "gender identity." The Independent Women's Forum immediately filed a lawsuit, and the governors of Mississippi and Arkansas issued executive orders defying the change.

A federal judge on Thursday blocked the Biden administration’s Title IX rewrite that added sexual orientation and “gender identity” as protected classes under the civil rights law. The rule change sought to revise sex-based discrimination, which critics argued would prevent federally funded schools from barring athletes who identify as transgender from participating in women’s sports. As President Joe Biden prepares to leave office, a U.S. district court in Kentucky has struck down the rule nationwide.

If i'm wrong and i know if i am there will be those here that will voice their opinion to me but i thought it was the states that were suppose to make their own laws and the federal gov't was to just over see the protection of the states and not tell them or make up laws for them to live by .

 

That being said IMHO any man or women that would support or teach a boy to be a girl and visa versa has a screw loose ! If as a ADULT those young people want to make that personal decision to live a alternate life style then have at it, be happy do what ever trips your trigger !

 

But because you feel, believe, or act differently from what is deemed to be natural/normal and has been the way things are meant to be intended by nature and the natural order of things don't push that on the rest of society and those people that believe differently than you just treat you with respect that you as a person & all of us deserve .

 

And the lesson of respect should be taught by parents to their children but unfortunately there are those that their mental capacity is still stuck in the stone age  and haven't seemed to grow past that mentality so there will always be those folks out there .

 

But for a full grown man to think that he can (because they feel or believe they are a different gender) compete against women and think that it can in any way be fair need help and are wrong . 

 

I have always had a saying that i use to explain things like this .

 

You can take a metric nut and force to fit a standard bolt or visa versa but that's not the way they were intended to work, which is the exact same thing as this topic of males competing against females . Sure a guy can make a decision about their personal gender or sexual preferences & how they want to see them selves but the facts are what they are and you can't change that no matter your personal belief or decisions .

 

Weather you believe in god, the big bang theory or what ever, if you were born a male and have a penis even if you have a sex change operation your original DNA is that of a male and the same goes for a women ! God bless you but don't push your beliefs on others, if asked then give your opinion but other wise live and let live !! 

 

And the gov't should in no way be involved in telling parents or people how their children need to be taught weather its gender identity, DEI, or anything else !

 

Again this is 1 persons opinion and with that and a quarter you can get a piece of bubble gum at the corner store and is worth about that much ...
