AD Mitchell won the v1.0 draft.  Please note the trade back option.  If you are a team interested in trading up please send @Virgil and @Alphadawg7 your trade proposal.

If the player you want isn't listed in the poll please put their name in the post below and I will add them if their is enough interest.  Poll will be pared down as needed.  If the player you originally voted for has been removed, you can vote again.

Here is the link for the draft as it is ongoing:

If @Virgilcan package those two Carolina picks in the 2nd for our third and first I think it is worth it. That 5th year option for Carolina is important, especially if you want a QB this year. The problem is there isn't a good QB for you... so... hmm.

@Alphadawg7 the 1st for our first does not get us in the second. we need youth now.

This draft has gone similar to version 1 in the sense of what is left for the Bills. I think what this exercise has shown is that there is a better than average chance that receiver wise everyone but the top 3 and Thomas is available.

The first vote was a Mitchell v Legette run off and I expect this to be the same. My BPA by my board however is Nate Wiggins.

I think all 5 qbs going already really puts a damper on any trade back prospects.  Maybe maybe someone trades up for an OT but there really aren't any players standing out on the board at a premium position.  If someone does come up it likely would be for their choice of WR which I don't know the Bills should do.

Also to get a 3rd back in comp, they would have to move pretty far back when you look at the trade chart as there isn't a natural partner where value is equal or better.

I voted Worthy.  Can anyone voting for AD Mitchell tell me why you want the less productive guy from the same team?  It seems strange to me.

All 5? Six QBs have gone.

Might as well just reduce this poll to Mitchell and Legette. That’s who I’m deciding between.

Haha. Just read this right after I posted.

Tough call, I'm voting AD Mitchell again but Darius Robinson is hard to pass up since we have questions at DE/DT depth and long term answers. Yet I ultimately went with the best with Legette and hoping like the last mock a quality DT falls in Round 2.

Mitchell vs Legette 2.0.

I’d be happy with either guy.  I like that Mitchell is 2.5 years younger.  I like Legettes game overall

Fat fingers lol. I will be surprised in the real draft if one of those guys isn't still sitting there however I didn't really hate any of the logic/fits for people and where they went so perhaps I will be wrong.

I think the best chance the Bills have of a trade back is someone coveting a qb.  Without that bait I don't see it.  Also as I mentioned, I really don't see how the value lines up to get a 3rd back.  If they do trade back, it will be for an additional 4th which maybe gets paired with 60 to trade back up but I'm not sure I just don't see a good trade back partner/scenario.

Carolina and Washington for OTs is the other possibility. Because there is that run behind us - Baltimore, San Fran, KC who are all in the OT market. Really depends how many have gone and which ones are left.

I am really coming around to McConkey.  Allen often talks about how so much of his game is based on being on the same page with his receiver, almost by feel as opposed to rigid timing and routes.  Of all the prospects, I can picture Allen maximizing that with McConkey compared to the others.

Ugh. AD Mitchell grosses me out. I just cannot get excited about him. I'd love for someone who's a big AD Mitchell fan to tell me why I'm wrong.

I voted for Worthy due to what I think is a lack of elite speed if we were to wait till the second round to select a WR

I'd love to do a small trade back and hope he's still there early second round, but I'm not chancing it.

Take Worthy and get one of Legette, Coleman, or Franklin in the second by whatever means necessary

Washington I could see especially with their 1st round qb.  40 and 78 for 28 and 133 match pretty well point wise.  Dropping 12 spots though would be worrying for me.  I could see any of the Ravens, Panthers, Chargers, Patriots, and Titans taking a WR.  Possibly even the Lions and then that cupboard is looking pretty bare.

Carolina I think will be going WR to help out Young in any way possible.  There are a few teams/picks I feel strong about and that is one of my strongest feelings.  OT isn't splashy for Tepper and their receiving corps is terrible.  Thielen is way past his prime (although he surprised me last year), I probably like Diontae Johnson more than most but his hands and attitude are certainly a question.

I like both Mitchell and Legette.

I voted AD despite him being the somewhat riskier pick. Yeah he doesn’t come across as a process guy, but he’s the guy available that has the upside to be Josh’s primary receiver the rest of his career.

Xavier was really more of a big rocked up underneath receiver who was super effective after the catch. Mitchell is more the guy that can take a top off the defense and create space for Shakir, Kincaid, and Samuel underneath.

At the end of the day I’d be happy with either as they both bring a size speed element currently missing. I trust Beane to make the right choice.

I think the best way to help Bryce out is to protect him. Ekwonu gave up 11 sacks last season. When your left tackle can't pass block anyone with any speed off the edge it doesn't matter who is playing receiver. But again it kinda depends who is on the board.

I 100% agree with you.  I just think their owner values style over substance lol.
