SoCal Deek Posted March 27 Posted March 27 Seeing as how the Rams host the Bills this season I’m going to assume his Contract includes a No Intercepting Josh Allen clause. 1 Quote
Simon Posted March 27 Posted March 27 You know you've been dealing with a genuinely good dude when not one poster in this thread has talked shlt on him for signing with another team. Godspeed Tre and thanks for all the plays and smiles. 🤙 4 3 1 Quote
HappyDays Posted March 27 Posted March 27 Honestly really happy for him. I didn't think a team would give him this kind of money right now. I hope he makes us regret cutting him. 4 Quote

Perhaps some of the money is for his goaltending expertise. Achilles injuries ain’t what they used to be. People come back all the time now, and in less than 12 months. The surgery/treatment is leagues better than it was 12-15 years ago. Quote
Bills!Win! Posted March 27 Posted March 27 (edited) Makes the Rams very likeable. I couldn’t care less about Poyer, Morse, Davis, etc. Edited March 27 by Bills!Win! Quote
Aussie Joe Posted March 27 Posted March 27 Congratulations Tre … certainly more money than the Bills can risk on him this year … Will watch his progress with a lot of interest.. Quote

He wasn't worth that amount before this latest injury. Never mind now. Agreed. It’s really just crazy how some of these NFL owners throw money around. Quote
K-9 Posted March 27 Posted March 27 Wish him all the best. Except of course when we go out there next season. Quote
freddyjj Posted March 27 Posted March 27 (edited) Happy for Tre. Great man and player. Gotta wonder if he turned in his Bills play book or will he be referencing it when Bills play Rams. Just sayin! Edited March 27 by freddyjj 1 Quote

SCBills Posted March 27 Posted March 27 Awesome news for Tre! Thought he’d be taking a cheap prove-it deal given his injuries but I’m glad to see this. Quote

It's the position in the game that requires the most agility. Easier to compensate at positions like RB or WR even. CB is very much about reaction. I suspect he will be a shell of his former self. He didn't exactly knock the last re-hab out of the park, that one ended up being on the long end of recoveries. Wish him the best, I was the only guy on TSW that had him as CB1 in that draft class.......but he is less likely to return to good starter form than he is to return to this 1 Quote
TheBeaneBandit Posted March 27 Posted March 27 The great thing about this is both White and Douglas are on a one year deal. If Tre can come back strong, maybe we bring him home next year. Nothing but love for our dude Tre. Quote
H2o Posted March 27 Posted March 27 Good for Tre. Love that guy. I wish him well and hope moving the goalie academy isn't too much trouble. Quote
Charles Romes Posted March 27 Posted March 27 Says a lot about the kind of player he’s been to get that kind of deal from that kind of organization with that kind of injury history. 1 Quote
aristocrat Posted March 27 Posted March 27 Hope he has like 15 picks against the Niners this year Quote
Scott7975 Posted March 27 Posted March 27 Glad he caught on somewhere and for decent money. Sucks that it isn't in a Bills uniform but the cap is what the cap is. Quote
