Anybody Follow St Bonaventure Men's Basketball?

This latest series of events has me totally confused.  Were the players behind the NIT snub?  Mark Schmidt?  Was money the problem?  I can't imagine the former AD acted in a vacuum.  There is information we are not being told.

Because I want to be in the tournament.. the real one

I only know what I read in TBN and thats confusing.  AD got canned as scape goat
