Here is my concern with the PSL. Let’s just say in 7 years I can no longer physically go to a game and Josh isn’t the QB.   we are what the jets have been for the last decade. I will never see my full return on my investment. That’s what is scaring me away.

So about 9% of available seating committed to in about 9 months? At this rate how will they get the entire stadium sold before opening day?

I knew they were in trouble when Pete said the sales rate was down to 60% or so.

Losing 40% of your customer base means you have to go through a lot more sales sessions to break even.

It’s not an investment, it’s “pay to play”.

Correct

Thanks.  So, they’ve sold about 10% of the seats in a tad less than 20% of the timeframe that they have to sell them before the new stadium opens.

However, two things:

1.). The “cheap” PSLs will ppen up fairly soon

2.). Not all 61,000 of the seats are going to be allotted for STHers, so it’s probably more like 15 - 18% of PSL seats, not 10%

I thought all seats were going to come with a PSL? Only standing room wouldn't have them.

I thought I had read that a small percentage were going to be held back for single-game sales to the general public, but I could be wrong on that.

I think by regulations they have to leave a small percentage of tickets available to the rest of the public and away fans

Wouldn’t it be 10% of the seats in 30% of the time they have to sell them?

March 15 2024 - July 1 2026 (opening date) = 119 weeks.

It has been 36 weeks since March 15th.

That’s 30%.

$139? Should be like $10 lol.

Maybe but things are expensive and that one has the glass case.  I still think they are pretty groovy.

Had our "stadium experience" appointment today, which of course is just an extended sales pitch.

Was pleasantly surprised by how gentle the guy with the glove was.

But seriously, we're in section 137 now (Bills side, left endzone goalline, row 28) and we got even better seats in the new stadium for just over $2k per ticket and $6k per PSL: section 113 Row 23 at the new stadium (right around the 20 yard line) for like a 25% increase in seat cost plus the PSL. I expected much worse.

And while I despise and resent covering Pegula's overages on the stadium construction (they are WAY over budget) with these PSLs, we're not ever going to get billionaires to eat any costs that they can just as easily pass along to us pleebs.

Doubt the energy in our 2026 section 113 will come anywhere close to the immaculate vibes of section 137 the last couple seasons, but we shall see. Anyone who I've brought to the games or given my tickets to has loved the loud, standing energy (without too much drunken hooliganism).
