He doesn’t hold a candle to chase Daniel and his 42 mil for 5 career starts, 1700 yards 9 tds

Nope, although Daniel was a functioning backup when called upon (9 TDs to 7 INTs). Daniel was also one of Drew Bree’s’ best friends. He’s the poster child for paid most to do little. At least teams could justify continuing to pay him. That’s the biggest difference.

The Peterman issue is that he is the worst QB to ever play the position (4 TD to 13 INTs with 53% completion). That number rises to 61% if you count completions to either team. There was no reason for him to stick around when there were other, less terrible, options.

backup qbs are just supposed to be vibes guys. Don’t threaten the starter and just bring positive vibes on the bench

lol, what has this guy "been through"?  he's been paid millions and millions for being among the worst at his chosen profession.

Oh the humanity....

That's amazing. For such a ***** school with so much piss poor football and how miserable that state... How fitting for a disgusting team, state, and University that has only the all time worst things in the history of the world and universe right there.

Wow.

That’s a lot of Michigan hate right there.

I won’t get into Michigan as a state but as a school, Michigan in EVERY measure is one of the great universities in America.

How is this even a thing?  Who in there right mind thinks Peterman should ever get under center and take a snap in the NFL?

Doesn't matter. You make a comfortable living as a QB3 or PS player. As a young man, why wouldn't you ride this train as long as humanly possible.

How fitting for a disgusting team, state, and University that has only the all time worst things in the history of the world and universe right there.

Todd F'Collins!!

Also JJ mCCarthy throws like a school girl.

JJ McARTHY reminds me of Mac Jones with a better attitude.

You have true journeyman like Ryan Fitzpatrick who could actually play football and you have a bum like this who continues to find ways to get signed in the NFL.  It's truly unbelievable

McCarthy throws like a schoolgirl. Seriously?

He also wears a dress and listens to Taylor Swift.

I am sure Senior offensive assistant  Rick Dennison is just waiting for money to be available for him to be signed as Junior offensive assistant.  He bet his career on  on P5t5rman before and is ready to bet double or nothing.   P5t5rman is so good on the board it might cost Dennison his job.

Peterman always had the ball out on time and on target ..................... whether there's a DB standing there or not.

Wasn't he just released yesterday?

I remember in 2017, Sal Capaccio said that Nathan Peterman is “going to have a long NFL career.”  He specified it might not be as a starter but that he’s the type of QB that sticks around in the NFL.

Six years later he seems to be on the way to being spot on.
