How Many QB's Go off the board before pick 28? Which WR ends up in BUF?

I think that Worthy's lack of body mass is a red flag for the Bills, despite his speed.   Legette didn't run quite as fast as anticipated, and didn't have great college production until his last year.  Coleman was quite a bit slower than anticipated.  He might turn into Mike Evans 2.0 but I have fears he could end up being Kelvin Benjamin 2.0.  Harrison, Nabers and Odunze will all be long gone before the Bills pick.  Troy Franklin would be intriguing to me in a trade down scenario, but most observers don't think he's a first rounder at this point.  Thomas is intriguing and there is a chance he might make it to #28, but it's not a sure thing.  I think the Bills would be all over him if he dropped to #28.  There is a good chance McConkey will be available and the Bills would give him serious consideration, but I think Mitchell might get the nod over McConkey because of his elite size/speed combination.

Whoever we draft needs to be a true outside WR.  With Shakir and Hollins we should truly be looking outside, so I think McConkey should be off the table.
