That’s more than they would have paid Jones wtf are they doing

Jacobs just turned 26. Jones turns 30 this year. Similar level talent that's over 3 years younger - which is a world of difference at the RB position.

That was a guy Joe Marino targeted for us. PFF had him cheaper than that though. Seems to be a running trend today. That jump in cap was always going to lead to a jump in prices.

Teams planning to run it more against the two high safety looks …

Makes for a more boring game

In no universe should the value of an offensive guard be MORE than that of any RB. RBs run, catch, block for the QB, and touch the ball 2-3x more than any number one wideout on a team. They have a sound argument to be paid more.

The difference is a good RB is *FAR* easier to come by than a good Offensive Lineman. And if you don't have a good Offensive Line, a good RB will be hard pressed to perform well.

To me it looks like Raiders, Texans and Jags were busiest?

None with a big 2nd QB contract.

I see Texans as a threat in the AFC.

Vikings were quite busy, as well as the Giants

I mean yea, I guess.   For a team that invests in it .. I hate their WR room so much.
