khlax3 Posted March 7 Posted March 7 Based on the number of players the bills usually carry at each position this appears to be the team needs: saftey- 2-3 more players CB - 1-2 more players LB- 1-2 more players DE- 2-3 more players DT- 3-4 more players OL- 1-2 more players RB- 2 more players WR- 3-4 more players TE- None QB- None We Are looking at 15-20 potential additions to the roster in FA in the draft. I expect to make about 8 draft picks after Beane moves around so we are likely going to bring in about 10 free agents (some of those being players who could have been on roster last year 1 1 Quote

And you have guys on your list that the Bills should have absolutely no interest in what so ever. Pass on this one for me. 4 Quote

I seriously think it’s possible Beane told Von (who loves the GM aspect of the NFL) that he has specific things in mind and that’s why Von in part reworked his deal. Von gets HUGE $ for sacks now. That should certainly help motivate him. Imagine he’s rejuvintated. Then pair a rising Ed Oliver next to Chris Jones. That’s terror for teams 3 Quote

Depending how the top 15 picks go, I’d target Seattle at 16 in a potential trade up for Odunze or Brian Thomas Jr A smaller trade up to 23-25 for Worthy, Mitchell or Legette 2 1 Quote

I’m the same on Worthy… if he makes it to 23, I say we trade our 1st and 3rd… no way he gets passed the Cowboys at 24…👍 1 1 Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted March 8 Posted March 8 Chris Jones can play inside or outside. Draft Sweat in Round 2 can have a DL package of: C. Jones Oliver Sweat Von 🥵 then move C.Jones inside when Sweat isnt on the field so 50/50 and Rousseau in Rousseau Oliver C.Jones Von Quote

Do people realize he is 6'1 but only weighs 164 pounds? What is going to happen to him when its snowing in Buffalo in the post season? He cant block, he isn't physical, and his frame is going to have a hard time holding up to 17 game seasons. There are literally guys who are big, with WR1 traits all running low 4.4 or sub 4.4 forty times...we need one of them, not a skinny guy who might get blown off his routes by the wind in Buffalo lol. Nothing against Worhty, he makes a lot of sense for a team like Dallas. But if we trade up for someone, it better be a top end WR1 type prospect. Worthy doesn't have the frame for that kind of volume and work on all 3 levels of the defense. He is better suited for a dome team like Dallas opposite a legit WR1 IMHO. 1 4 1 1 Quote

Very roundabout way to turn this into another "They should have built a dome" thread! 😜 2 Quote

TE none, yet they carried 3 all season and now only have two plus one ERFA At WR they have 4 signed, Shakir, Diggs, Shorter, and Sherfield 5 if you count Isabella and all they ever carried was 5. But yet you state they need 3 to 4 more!! 2 at RB is about right, will give you that one. 2 hours ago, JaCrispy said: 2 words- game changer! 👍 In college yes, but need to look at how that will translate to NFL where everyone he faces compares to the maybe handful of players he'd face every week that were that good.
