The "gallows" clearly says "this is art." If there's a reason why the 3 guys who constructed it haven't been nabbed, that would be it. It's also the reason why it wasn't a serious thing. The rest of them though seem suspicious. Especially the whole pipe bomb thing considering bomb sniffing dogs were used and couldn't detect them. If those guys were truly Trump supporters there is no commie universe where they aren't punished for erecting it. Beyond that it was constructed in the early am, like before 7 am. Why was it allowed to remain there all that time on restricted grounds? It would take 10 minutes for Capitol police or buildings and ground staff to remove it.
