So unless they are releasing him for salary issues this signing makes little sense Townsend a UFA at start of league year. Quote

It's like they're rubbing our noses in it. I seriously hate them more than NE. 1 Quote
Doc Brown Posted February 22 Posted February 22 Thought they might bring him in to compete with Martin even though Martin finished the year off strong. I wonder if Beane brings in another young punter or they just don't bother like they did last training camp. Quote
Nester Posted February 22 Posted February 22 Sadness overwhelming, we dropped the ball here Good for him, 3 Quote
Sweats Posted February 22 Posted February 22 I just think it's actually funny that KC doesn't even need a punter when they play us. sorry......not sorry. 1 Quote

HappyDays Posted February 22 Posted February 22 My honest reaction to this news is just that I'm glad Araiza is getting his deserved 2nd chance. 3 4 1 Quote
TheWeatherMan Posted February 22 Posted February 22 That’s a shame, he would have been the best punter and FG kicker on our team for a fraction of the cost. Quote

H2o Posted February 22 Posted February 22 Glad we dodged that bullet. It would ruin Bass' game if he were the holder. 1 Quote

Brand J Posted February 22 Posted February 22 In hindsight, I wonder if a suspension while the legal issues played out would’ve made more sense than an outright cut? If there was sufficient evidence for the Bills to believe he was guilty, cool, cut him. But at the time there was only he said/she said and an annoying lawyer on the woman’s side making unprofessional threats. 1 Quote
Ya Digg? Posted February 22 Posted February 22 Hahahahaha I love the hate in here! If the Bills had signed him, there would’ve been 3 pages of complaining about his problems, doesn’t know how to hold the ball for kicks, blah blah blah. He signs with the Chiefs and all of a sudden the Bills didn’t sign this all world punter 🤦♂️ 1 2 1 Quote
