Well, you have enough time to chit chat here - you should have enough time to google those stats.

What's stopping you, bro?

Are you serious?

Are burnouts legal where you live because they're not in Florida - or most states.

Section 316.191, Florida Statutes outlaws racing on streets and highways, street takeovers, and stunt driving, as so defined in the statute. The law bans unsanctioned drag racing, street takeovers, drifting, wheelies, burnouts, and donuts.

They’re not felony criminal mischief, which is what he was charged with.

Every time I read this thread title like a brain dead liberal I’m filled with such “joy” knowing that they find the topic of said thread as far more threatening then the global government’s protocols for shutting down the planet over the flu.  And they still have the worst of them in face diapers.

Of course by “joy” I mean …. They are absolutely embarrassing.

Given your screen name tribute to an old, old TV show, you must be finishing up your 20th year in college.

Or transitioning into a different career. You’re almost funny.

Yes - it is in Florida:

Chapter 806ARSON AND CRIMINAL MISCHIEFEntire Chapter SECTION 13

Criminal mischief; penalties; penalty for minor.

806.13 Criminal mischief; penalties; penalty for minor.— P(1)(a) A person commits the offense of criminal mischief if he or she willfully and maliciously injures or damages by any means any real or personal property belonging to another, including, but not limited to, the placement of graffiti thereon or other acts of vandalism thereto.

What a bigot.

But I nailed it. A “non traditional student.” Which is fine.

But you said 20th year of college, which implies you were trying to insult me. Or that's how I read it.

That definition is actually quite universal in most states.

Bottom line: he broke the law. I have zero sympathy for the POS. He’s lucky he didn’t get hit with a hate crime.

I don’t know if you realize this but you are certainly living up to your reputation here.

No, just kidding.

I was a grad student teaching night courses many moons ago. Most of the class were "nontraditional students" (meaning older students), and they were always better prepared and more interested than the usual 18-22 year olds. So good on you.

Your life must be challenging. There is a side to you that could be difficult for anyone to endure
