Another Fan Posted February 19 Posted February 19 https://www.slashfilm.com/1520220/office-space-box-office-bomb-cult-hit/ I was in high school went it came out. Being it was from the Beavis and Butthead creator yeah it looked and was funny at the time. When I actually started working though in an office it felt more like a documentary. Nit picking at passive aggressive managers, too many managers, annoying habits of co workers, and oh yeah that unreliable copier. It’s definitely in my top 10 films of all time. The only thing I’d say a little against it is some of the technology seems a little dated today (ex: floppy disks). Still it’s an all time iconic movie worth celebrating 3 Quote

BillsPride12 Posted February 19 Posted February 19 Great movie although I didn't truly appreciate it as much when I first saw it as a kid versus years later when I started working my first office jobs 1 Quote

dpberr Posted February 19 Posted February 19 A true lightning in a bottle script and film. The true litmus test of a classic move is whether a randomly assembled group of adults can spout of lines from said movie, and aces the meme test that's provided. I have people skills I am good at dealing with people Can't you understand that??? What the hell is wrong with you people???? 1 Quote
boater Posted February 19 Posted February 19 I remember that I had a problematic laser printer at work at the time. Then this movie comes out with "PC load letter" ..I could relate. 1 Quote

I was shopping somewhere one day and saw a red Swingline stapler, so I bought it and gave it to her. Edited February 21 by Just Jack Quote
