Crap Throwing Monkey
Hell, you can get away with murder and molestation there, so why not try and rob a bank? 357574 Nothing shows ignorance like condemning the entire CA judicial system based on an a priori assumption of guilt of one defendant... Did you actually follow the trial? It was a weak case, poorly prosecuted. Given the same charges and "evidence", your average public defender would have won this case. A GOOD public defender would have gotten it tossed when the prosecution finished their case...which shows how pitiful Jackson's defense team was. And I'll say again the first thing I said when they brought the charges: I can't believe, out of all the accusations that have been levelled against MJ over the years, that they chose this case to prosecute. If I ever do something really, really wrong, I hope I'm prosecuted by these boneheads...

Bill from NYC
This is FAR worse than the OJ case. There is no explanation for sodomizing children, other than being a sociopath; someone who does not deserve the gift of human life. I doubt if anyone on this board has seen the face of a child victim, or heard the cries of their parents. They are sights and sounds that are not possible to forget. Liberals must cherish this verdict and hold it dear. There were enough of them outside of the court holding signs and crying tears of joy. One lunatic released a white dove with every "not guilty" count. Jesse Jackson is pleased. In any event, congrats to you leftists. That said, watch your children, please. stuckincincy
You ain't rich enough to get off. The State Attorney General needs to roll some heads after this one. 357590 Why bother? That denies the nature of the prosecutorial beast - they could no more resist putting Mama on the stand than resist breathing. Prosecution is about getting notches on the belt, not necessarily justice. The heads that are rolled would be replaced with same.
Ghost of BiB
Didn't have one - haven't followed it. Know he's guilty. Now? 357613 I was talking about the "lead up to the verdict" crew. Most "analysts" on any of the stations are normally pretty stupid, but they leaned a little too hard on riding the "all signs are guilty" horse. In my estimation, just about any length of time taken to deliberate could point to either verdict. I'm sure those who are around it on a regular basis could lend a better perspective, but we're not talking about your average plaintiff here, either. erynthered
Wasnt Scott Peterson convicted on circumstantial evidence? Even though I truly believe he killed his wife and child. I'm still suprised MJ got off, really I am. Fcking sad, a 46 year old guy says he sleeps with little kids and they cant convict his ass. I'm pissed for only one reason, thats because, if someone did that to one of my kids I'd have to take a course of action I wont say on a public message board. " Howdy neighbor, Can I sleep with your kids tonight?" Yup, that goes along way, Christ..........
